The staff at the Erawan Koh Chang -Sha Extra Plus is exceptional. the rooms are stylish and immaculately clean. -the hotel offers a quieter green mountain view and a beautiful garden. -Perfect location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

The Erawan Koh Chang is a perfect destination for senior travellers like myself. The hotel's decoration is elegant yet comfortable, with spacious and well-decorated common areas that are easy to navigate. The accessibility for senior people is excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout the hotel, making it safe and convenient for us to move around.

Considering the wonderful experience I had at The Erawan Koh Chang, I could only ask for a quieter environment at night. Although the hotel itself was peaceful and serene, the nearby pub with its loud rock music could be a bit bothersome for a peaceful night's sleep for senior guests.

The room at The Erawan Koh Chang -Sha Extra Plus was perfect for my family! It had a cozy atmosphere with a nice tile floor and refreshing air conditioning. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were convenient additions, and the private bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. It made us feel right at home!

I personally found the number of rooms a bit limited, but others might still enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options changed daily. I loved the rooftop pool, it had stunning views and was a great place to relax after a busy day.
